Issue with OTBI Report Access for Non-Administrator Users

Dear All,
I have successfully created an OTBI report as an administrator using the subject area "Payables Invoices - Installments Real Time", and the report is working fine.
However, when a non-administrator user runs the report, they receive the following message:
"No Results
The specified criteria didn't result in any data."
I analyzed the issue and found that it occurs when one of the following columns is added:
The report returns no data for the non-administrator user.
Please note that I have already assigned all the following roles:
For the non-administrator user and I am still encountering the same issue.
Could you please assist me?

Hello George,
Please confirm the user data access assignment on business unit as follows :
Go the setup and maintenance
Search for the data access: "Manage Data Access for Users" for data security
From the top change the button to User with Data Access and search for the user in question.
Once found click on action -->create --> and add the access as needed (account payable manager job role )Thank you
Hassan

If non-administrator users are having trouble accessing OTBI reports, it could be due to role-based permissions or folder access settings. Here are a few things to check:
BI Consumer Role – Ensure that users have the BI Consumer Role, which grants them Read/Traverse access to OTBI reports.
BI Author Role – If users need to create or modify reports, they should have the BI Author Role, which provides Create/Read/Update permissions.
Folder Permissions – Verify that the report folder has the correct permissions assigned. You may need to manually add users to the folder permissions.

Incase of still issue, Run the report with administrator and non-administrator user and compare/provide the NQ query log.

Thank you @Riyaz Ali-Oracle @Hassan El Bouihi-Oracle ,
The report is functioning correctly after adding the data security policy with the "Report Payable" privilege.
